  This location has to be the worst Publix supermarket in the entire chain of stores. The deli help absolutely sucks. They do treat customers as a nuisance. I ordered a flatbread on their mobile app and scheduled a pick up at 7:15 PM. I arrived at the deli counter right before 7:43 PM and was told that after 1/2 an hour, hot orders are discarded. When I pointed out that it was only 7:43 PM, I was told be the Associate the same thing about discarding hot items after 1/2 an hour if not picked up. I spoke to the manager on duty named "John." He reiterated the company policy. My thought is that my particular order was never made in the first place. "John" also told me they get a lot of prank orders this time of day. Why would my order be a "prank order" if I ordered it on line using a sign in that had my name and address ??? This is the absolute height of incompetency.
  Don't even get me started about the fish department. There is an old fellow named "Dick" there who likes to handle the fish WITH BARE HANDS and if you call him on it, he gets angry. Its abundantly clear that management has lost control of the employees at this store. AVOID THIS PUBLIX AT ALL COSTS.
